Position Overview
We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated, organized, and creative professional to join our team.
This is a hybrid remote position combining Sales & Administrative Support with Marketing / Graphic Design / Community Management responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will support our sales process by organizing and managing incoming leads while also assisting with marketing content, social media, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming leads from website forms, emails, and inbound calls
- Enter and organize lead information, photos, and project details into internal systems (monday.com, Dropbox, CRM tools)
- Assist with preparing customer quotes and estimates using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Support sales team with follow-ups, documentation, and scheduling coordination
- Review incoming project information for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Marketing, Graphic Design & Community Management:
- Create and design marketing materials for social media and online platforms
- Prepare visual content for social media posts, advertisements, and company promotions
- Help maintain brand consistency across marketing channels
- Assist with social media management, posting, and engagement
- Support content creation such as promotional graphics, brochures, and announcements
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and product launches
- Organize and edit installation photos and project visuals provided by field teams
- Edit short marketing videos and installation clips for social media and advertising
- Basic motion graphics or visual editing skills are a strong plus
- Experience with 3D tools or visualization software (for layouts, shelter visuals, or marketing materials) is a plus
- Assist with website updates and design (web design experience is a strong plus)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- Ability to analyze information and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools Technical Skills
- Experience with monday.com, QuickBooks, Dropbox or similar systems preferred
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
- Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Social media management and content creation experience
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Web design or website management experience is a plus
