Job Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Design or a related field
- Three or five years of relevant experience
- Experience in metalworking
- Previous work experience on large projects or with large companies
- Experience in precast concrete for residential construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Modeling structures, rendering, and developing production plans
- Managing product quality
- Overseeing production development
- Updating technical data sheets and rendering documentation
- Communicating with suppliers throughout the manufacturing process
- Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet
- Gender-neutral environment
- Responsible, proactive, analytical, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Team player capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends if necessary
Benefits:
- Remote work
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with possible paid overtime
- $1.50 hourly pay for hours worked over 40 in a week
- Monthly salary ranging from $20,000 MXN to $30,000 MXN, based on skills
- Productivity bonuses
