Torshel’s bolt-together commercial and community safe room is constructed from 1/4-inch ASTM A36 structural steel and finished with a durable white powder coating for long-term resistance to rust and corrosion.

Engineered for severe-weather protection, this modular storm shelter is designed for 250 MPH wind speeds associated with EF5 tornado conditions and is suitable for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications.
