The 8′ W × 20′ L × 8′ H Welded Prefabricated Safe Room is one of Torshel’s best-selling commercial shelter systems. The structure is fabricated from 1/4-inch ASTM A36 structural steel and is designed to provide a durable, cost-effective protective solution for high-occupancy facilities.

This safe room is suitable for manufacturing facilities, data centers, schools, government buildings, industrial facilities, and other commercial or institutional applications where protection of multiple occupants is required.

The shelter can be customized to meet project-specific requirements. It is designed and manufactured in the USA and can be installed on an existing concrete slab in either indoor or outdoor applications.
